Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the service is fully deployed, unblocked, or utilized by you or any other entity. You may request a refund for an order that is incomplete — one that has never been fully deployed or unblocked.

SOYRA Growth makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific volume of leads, customer acquisition metrics, search engine rankings, or financial revenue outcomes resulting from the use of our platform. The user assumes all business risks associated with system implementation.

By using the service, you consent to the deployment of these technologies within your operational workflows. We maintain strict human-in-the-loop oversight capabilities and ensure all AI systems comply with current anti-discrimination and data privacy frameworks.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

15. Exclusivity

Exclusivity is defined as Client's registered business city as listed on their Colorado contractor license or primary Google Business Profile address at the time of contract signing. SOYRA Growth agrees not to engage direct competitors registered in that same city for the same primary trade during the active contract term. Exclusivity applies to the Client's primary registered business city only, regardless of the geographic area the Client may service. SOYRA Growth reserves the right to work with contractors in neighboring cities who may overlap in service coverage.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Aurora, Colorado under JAMS rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations.

17. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
