Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
If SOYRA Growth does not deliver your website and systems within 30 days of your project kickoff date, we will refund your first month's payment in full — no questions asked. This guarantee covers the initial setup and deployment window only and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles.
2. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to info@soyragrowth.com. Monthly payments are non-refundable once your service has been fully deployed, activated, or utilized. If your service has not yet been deployed or activated, you may request a refund for that month.
3. Setup Fees
Setup fees (valued at $1,000-$3,000 depending on tier) are waived for founding clients. For clients who pay setup fees, those fees are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@soyragrowth.com with subject line "Refund Request" and your account details. We respond within 24 hours.
